OUR WARRANTY — REAL PROTECTION, NO FINE PRINT

We specialize in high-quality windows and doors with energy-efficient glass units, durable hardware, and precise fitting for your home.

Buying new windows and doors is an investment in comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term home value. That’s why we provide a clear, honest warranty that covers both the products and our workmanship.

Vinyl window and door frames are protected by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects such as cracking, warping, peeling, blistering, or corrosion — for as long as you own your home.

Insulated glass units are also covered for life. If a seal fails and fog or moisture appears between panes, the glass will be replaced to keep your windows clear and energy-efficient.

Window hardware (handles, locks, hinges, mechanisms) is covered for 10 years under normal use. Door hardware is covered for 1 year, in line with industry standards. Screens and accessories are covered for several years against manufacturing defects.

Our installation workmanship is covered for up to 10 years. If an issue arises due to installation, we inspect and fix it — no finger-pointing, no stress.

The warranty is transferable to the next homeowner (conditions apply), adding value if you sell your home.

Coverage applies to normal residential use and excludes accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or extreme events.
